Kiran Shah

Chairman & MD

Kiran is a veteran of the international financial industry and an aviation enthusiast. Having led large, diverse global teams, he has unparalleled experience helping enterprises across sectors and geographies make critical business decisions.

Over the past 20 years, he has built up a reputation as an exceptional leader with a personal “hands-on” approach and a relentless passion for the client experience. Being solution-focused, he believes in empowering customers with unprecedented levels of transparency, data, and analytics to further their business goals.

His career in Capital Markets and Investment Banking saw him in senior leadership roles with marquee names such as JPMorgan and Bank of America. Prior to turning founder with YelloSKYE, Kiran’s last role was MD, Co-Head of Goldman Sachs Services, India.

Kiran is a graduate of the University of Mumbai and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His deep business expertise and grand vision are built into the YelloSKYE fabric and drive the organization’s processes and growth.

Kush Agarwal

Co-Founder & CEO

Kush is a professional pilot and an avid aviation enthusiast with over a decade of experience. Since getting his pilot license at 21, he has completed over 4,000 flight hours. The youngest Deputy Chief Pilot at Jet Airways, and First Officer for the Boeing 737 and Boeing 777 fleets, he has administered 1500+ pilots.

Kush leads with a “people first” approach. His years of experience in crew management, liaising with manufacturers and regulators, and overseeing safety and compliance give him a bird’s eye view of the stringent technical and safety standards as well as the level of collaboration and teamwork necessary to create and deliver exceptional experiences to YelloSKYE clients.

Having identified how aerial technology can change and impact businesses, Kush channeled his passion for flying into YelloSKYE, driving end-to-end customized aerial intelligence solutions using drones.
